Petrobel

Fifth Settelment 2025

The Petrobel Headquarters is one of Alu Metalo’s landmark façade projects in Egypt, reflecting our expertise in delivering technically demanding architectural envelope solutions for prestigious developments. Our scope included the engineering, fabrication, and installation of the building’s glazed façades using ALUMIL aluminum systems. The project’s challenging geometry required precise engineering and close coordination with the international contractor and consultants, supported by comprehensive façade testing to verify performance and compliance with the required standards. The project demonstrates our ability to transform complex architectural forms into refined, high-performance façade solutions for one of Egypt’s leading companies in the oil and gas sector.

Ark East

Fifth Settelment 2026

ARK East is one of Alu Metalo’s most distinctive façade projects in Egypt, where we are contributing as both façade consultant and contractor to the realization of a highly ambitious architectural vision. Designed by renowned architect Raef Fahmi, the project is characterized by its unique flowing geometry, extensive curved façades, and complex transitions that demand a high level of engineering, fabrication, and installation precision. Our involvement extends from façade engineering and technical development through to execution, allowing us to work closely with the architectural team to translate challenging forms into buildable, high-performance solutions. ARK East demonstrates Alu Metalo’s ability to combine façade consultancy, engineering expertise, and specialized contracting to deliver some of the most architecturally demanding façades in Egypt.

Park Street

Sheikh Zayed 2019

Park St. is one of Alu Metalo’s landmark façade projects in Egypt, reflecting our expertise in delivering contemporary architectural envelope solutions for premium commercial developments. Located in the heart of Sheikh Zayed, the project was conceived as a distinctive business and lifestyle destination, bringing together offices, retail, dining, and social spaces within a refined architectural environment. Our façade works contribute to the project’s strong contemporary identity, combining expansive glazing, clean architectural lines, and carefully executed detailing. The project demonstrates our ability to deliver sophisticated façade solutions that complement both the architectural character and premium positioning of one of West Cairo’s distinctive commercial destinations.

Granoy

Fifth Settelment 2025

Designed by Raef Fahmi Architects, the project is defined by a bold contemporary façade composition that combines expansive glazed curtain walls with carefully articulated solid elements. The curtain wall was executed using Slim X profiles, creating exceptionally slender sightlines that maximize transparency and emphasize the scale of the glass. Projecting volumes, recessed terraces, deep overhangs, and shifting façade planes create a strong relationship between the different building masses while adding depth and shadow throughout the elevation. The reflective blue glazing contrasts elegantly with the stone and metallic finishes, while the consistent curtain-wall grid ties the complex architectural geometry together into a coherent whole. The result is a sophisticated façade in which architecture, structure, glass, and Slim X detailing work together as one integrated design.

Sphinx Airport

Sheikh Zayed 2022

Sphinx International Airport, Cairo combines contemporary airport architecture with strong references to Egypt’s architectural heritage. Monumental Egyptian-inspired columns and stone elements frame large areas of glass curtain wall, creating a distinctive contrast between solid, traditional forms and modern transparency. The expansive glazed façades bring natural light deep into the terminal while providing visual openness between the interior and exterior. Carefully integrated curtain walls, entrance glazing, and aluminum façade elements maintain clean sightlines without competing with the monumental architecture, resulting in a façade that is both technically modern and distinctly Egyptian in character.
